Will my new bride have any liability exposure to a "prior to marriage" restitution order?

Hello p:

I'm assuming you mean CRIMINAL restitution, otherwise you would have put your post somewhere else... But, being married doesn't have anything to do with criminal procedures....

Nonetheless, your CRIMINAL restitution is yours and yours alone. You new bride will NEVER be responsible for it.
