    Alcohol probation violation sentencing
    I got an underage under the influence in October. I was placed on probation for 6 months. I just go another underage last night. How much trouble can in for breaking probation?

    The judge just might have you do 6 months in jail as you can't keep away from alcohol and he already did cut you one break already. In Ohio I knew a guy who was 19 convicted for underage drinking and he kept breaking his probation by drinking more and getting arested and the judge gave him jail time instead of more probation time.
