    My brother is a convicted felon and wants to bow hunt in ILL.
    My brother is a convicted felon and was an avid bowhunter for many years until he got into trouble for drugs and has done his time and now wants to get back to the things he loves but his P.O tells him he cannot own archery equipment in ILL. Is this true.

    Hi in West Virginia I am a felon and I can hunt with a bow and a muzzleloader

    He can't own it when he is going to his po officer but when he get all his court paid off he can go bowhunting
