    New offenders act?
    I live in Florida and am wondering if anyone knows what the new offnders act is.

    I understand Florida has made some changes to its Sexual Offenders' Act and it's referred to as the new Sexual Offenders' Act.

    NYS is considering following those guidelines.

    Criminal laws change some every year, sorry not up on exactly what you are talking about
