Hard to say but a warrant can be issued for your arrest and then, yes, you can be extradited.
And, yes, it would cost the State more money to bring you back BUT you were given probation instead of jail so that's not the way the State sees it. They promised not to put you in jail if you made certain promises, one of them being not to leave the State.
You could end up serving your sentence plus a fine.
EDIT: You've posted this situation twice before - last time you were thinking of going to Texas and WANTED to turn yourself in, go off probation, serve the time and be free to go. You got a number of answers to the two previous posts.
