my husband was told to turn himself in on october the 5 2007 by his probation officer she said because he did not get a blood test he viloted his probation but when he went for the blood test at the hosiptal they told him he had to have a court order he called the probation officer she told him don't come back till you have a blood test . so that made him miss one probation appt when he got in court she lied and said he has not been to no appt which he has because he has tio turn in that he has been to drug classes and paying his fees they sent him to lagrage ky his lawyer is going to ask for shock probation do you know how long do you spend in jail for probation violation first offense i know people have done 90 days or less and got out.
