Just have payments to make , don't have to take any class or programs, the recruter said that it can be waiverd, I have been on probation for 3 mounths.

I am on probation for a year. It's a misdemeanor for "SOLICIT TO OBTAIN PROPERTY BY FALSE PRETENSE " I have no other convictions. I want to join the marines very badly but don't know how to get off...
