girlfriend violates probation of theft by deception HELP!!

she was arressted and plead guilty to theft by deception of atlantic city casino. 3rd degree offense
restitution $2232.50 past $15 per month balance of monies owed payable thru probation , lump sum of $1500 within 3 months thereafter $100 monthly and remaining counts dismissed.

ok here is the list of things she has violated:she submitted a dirty urin on 7/5/2005 tested positive for thc

ct.2 she failed to report to probation officer as directed , specifically fail to report 13 times

ct 3 the defendant has failed to cooperate in the performance of 100 hours of community service and failed to report to cep hearing on 8/9/2006

ct4 she failed to pay court imposed financial obligation total amount of financial obligation $2923.50

ct 5 failed to seek employment

ct 6 failed to keep probation officer advised of a change of address specifically on 3/28/2006 probation received a letter that the defendant had moved but she failed to advise probation of her current address.

ok here it is .. by the time she reaches court which will be next week .. she will have all the monies paid in full for restitution.
She also has medical condition known as fibermialja which is a doctor diagnosed condition she has had for 3 years which makes her very tired and sleepy and also has ebsteen bar. She was in a court documtend physical abuse marriage which forced her to up and leave from her husband and taking her 2 kids with her .. thus adding to the constant ouncing around from home to home she has finally gotten her own place. But because she didnt have any support from husband or family it kept her from finding work .. with no baby sitter thus not having any money.
one of my questions is that even though she has been late paying her restitution it will be paid by court date .. do u think the remaining counts will still be dismissed?
