Probation violation indiana?

1 Answer On probation in one county for dui, got another while on probation-what do you think probation officer will sentence? Up tntil now have completed all classes issued and all fines are paid |

| The PO doesn't sentence. A Judge does. No way to know what will be ordered - another chance, a jail term, probation (although if you've violated that may not be a possibility). The violation is still the same whether it's in the same County or another. A Judge could decide that you didn't learn a lesson and be very strict. The same Judge could also decide you're trying to get your life together and give you another chance. No way to know. The PO can recommend but the PO does NOT sentence. | ||||
