Probation violation

I've been on probation sense october 2005 in may 2005 I was arrested for owi I asked my po if there was any thing I could do to not be violated she said she was going to talk to her boss an to call her back she said I was not going to be violated as long as I went to drug an alcohole classes an I didn't get arrested again I finished my classes .every one said if she was going to violate me she would have already an she wouldn't have sent me to drug an alcohole classes. But I'm paranoid my p/o was lying to me about not violating me an she's waiting till I plead quiltey to the owi an do the 4 days in jail to violate me do pos wait till you plead quiltey to a new charge to violate you ?

Well, she did say she wasn't going to violate you as long as you attended the classes and didn't get arrested again. The disposition of the case, one way or another, should have no bearing on that. If she was going to violate you she wouldn't have to wait until you are convicted in order to do so.
