My boyfriend is on felony probation. He started working and stopped checking in and going to is STAND classes! He got picked up in another county on a warrant he may or may not of had drugs on him. If they test him i am sure the test will come back dirty. Do they always pee test you when you get arrested? What is the least amount of time he can do and whats the most he can do? First time violating??

No they don't always test urine when they arrest you. They can though if they find probable cause to test him. As for violating probation, it all depends on the judge. He may impose a jail sentence or add more time to his probation. I'm not familiar with what the minimum or maximum sentence would be but for first time offenders, judges are often lenient and opt for a less severe sentence. This is all up to the judge though.
