I am trying to relocate to VA for a better job opportunity. However, I am currently on 24 months porbation for Theft By Deception and recieving stolen property. I have been making payments and my fines and community service is all up to date. I currently reside in PA. Does anyone know if this is a possiblity for me to make this move and what exactly I would need to do to make this happen? I have put in a call to both my lawyer and my PO however, neither one has gotten back to me and I am very anxious to find out what my options are! Thanks!!
