Probation questions

Got a DUI in Indiana. Did all that was required of me before I got but on probation(classes. MADD, 80 hours of community service) and paid all fines. In Indiana we got to call a drug hotline every night to see if we have to drop the next day. I was told give three clean drops and no more testing by the judge. I was also told non-reporting probation after everything was taking care of. What is non-reporting probation mean? I also heard I can ask the court to get off of probation early. Need to know what to file and how much of probation I have to complete before I can file it. I've been on probation since April of 2009.

You are still on probation but you don't need to report regularly. For that matter, you fill out a form and mail it in in some States.

It basically means if you are arrested again during the non-supervised probation you can still be sentenced to whatever the sentence would have been had you NOT received probation - plus whatever the sentence is on the new charge.

I am closing this thread, the OP has been a jerk to be honest and I have deleted most of thier follow ups.

You are not able to say who can or can't answer.
