    Probation Officer drug test
    I took a mouth swap test today for drugs at my probation aoot. I called back an hour later and my PO told me the test came out great. Does he have to tell you by law whether you have passed your drug test? Is he obligated by law to tell you if you have passed or not?

    Hello p:

    No. But, if he didn't bust you, then he's telling you that you passed. Course, he could be LYING to you while sets the cops on you... You seem to think that's what's going on, why?? Because you KNOW you didn't pass? Bummer for you.
