    Probation Fees
I have probation fees and restitution that I have to pay. I was wondering if there was a way that I could get the probation fees waived?

Many factors, is this probation to a state probation office or is this a private probation office, many counties and cities use private probation companies and they make their money from their fee's, in fact they will look for every legal way to actually add more fees when they can.
Like you missing a meeting and they have to reschedule, ( if you don't notify them) and so on.

For the state probation system, again this is how they make their income to pay part of their experses, and they don't care if you can't afford it really, they most ikely will say " well we can just put you in jail and you won't have to pay them"

Sorry but as noted you can ask, just don't get your hopes up
