cruise wavier conditions

if you are on a cruise wavier and you get arrested before the time you turn your self in is that considered anthor felony?

I never heard the phrase "cruise wavier" before - what is it?

well I have heard of one but it has to do with a wavier thata cruise line has a parent sign to all a minor to consume alcoholic when in international waters and not under state laws. But this is obviouslly not that.

May I assume you had a "turn in date" or date to appear but you were picked up and arrested anyway?
