probabtion violation

i messed up by not reporting to probabtion every month and not doing my community service, is there a way to avoid jail ?

you better go right to your probabtion officer and try and talk things out and see if there is anything that you can do to make it up. If you talk to them and say howmuch you want to try and fix thie situation they are usually understandly and will work with you if you are willing to work with them. Never ever blow them off, because i dont think you will like jail time its not fun.

I heard of this one this is absoulutely your responsoblity if the probation officer gives u a list of requirments u follow them even if he or she doesent follow up jus so u can say and prove yes u did when they do have time to collect. Talk to you probation officer now.
