A person under probation.
if the person is under probation in United State, is he allowed to go out of the country for only a month then comeback without court approval? Do we need to ask the probation officer for approval or do we need to go face the judge for approval?

The persons probation documents will list everything he CAN and CAN'T do. IF it doesn't say anything about travel, bon voyage.
