owi offence

my gf just got a owi tonight and she got a mip the like a half a month ago idk wats going to happen to her she is only 16 so idk wats going to happen so help

My girl friend got a "operating while intoxicated" and she got a "minor in possession" about two week ago. I do not know what is going to happen to her. She is only 16 so I do not know what is going to happen.

Well for one, she has a drinking problem and needs to get professional help, since it was obvious she idd not learn anything.

She will for sure lose her drivers licnese for at several years. There will be some large fines, most likely community service and a few years of probation.

Most likely she will be mandated to attend classes - she pays for those. It is going to be expensive. Paying for the classes, paying to get the license back, paying the higher insurance costs, court costs and the attorney. Hopefully that will wake her up.
