    Misdemeanor or Felony?
    Is a probation violation a felony or a misdemeanor?

    From my experience, I was originally charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I was adjudicated on the felony originally but after I violated I wasn't adjudicated anymore so I assume it depends on your orignal charge.
