    need to make restitution
I could use some legal advice. First I have not been arrested or any charges filed. I would like to keep it that way. I need to make restitution of$2769 soon but I do not have it. I have been trying to get a loan and I was so desperate I tried securing a loan but was ripped off. I even researched this company through the better business bureau. But that did not help. I do not know how much longer I can put this off but I have been trying to make things right and got screwed. I need to get a loan for the $2769 and maybe the $1200 I lost=$4000. Where can I go? I have been trying every web site I can find, I do not have great credit so my choices are limited but I need to get this done quickly! Any advice?

    Hello LL:

The only people who'll do business with you on the net are crooks, as you've found out. What make you think there are loans available to you on the net?? There aren't.

    Hello again, LL:

Well, if you're about to be arrested and can't stop it, you need a lawyer. If you're arrested, don't talk to the cops.

I'm not sure what you're looking for here. Things are pretty simple right now. Looks to me, like you have two choices: 1) raise money to STOP charges from ever being filed, or 2) if you can't do that, then you need a lawyer.

    I don't see a third choice...
