Leaving the State on Probation without permission

I tried to get Permission but they would not approve me to leave the state. I want to know if they is anyway they could prove that I left the state. Credit Cards or through the airport? I bought plane tickets a while back and now Im stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Hello too:

If you go and don't get into trouble there, they probably won't ever know. Of course, if they have reason to investigate, they'll find out for sure.

So, I guess the question is, do you feel lucky?

If you leave the state and someone is looking for you and reports you as missing, then yes, your P.O. can investigate. Airport security would show you on camera and your flight records would show you left. Even if no one reports you as missing, maybe your P.O. will check on you anyways, since you asked and were refused permission.

Like excon asks, do you feel lucky?

If you already asked permission for this trip, and the PO knows of it, he can check with the airline.

If you get a parking ticket or speeding ticket where you are going, if you use your credit cards they can be tracked, or if you got someone who is mad at you, who may turn you in, a girlfriend or boyfriend who may decide in a month that they want you locked up.

Is this trip out of your state really THAT important that you are going to risk violating yourself and landing yourself in jail? Only you can decide the importance. You know the consequences should you get caught.
