I am Natalija with the ticket in hand for shoplifting and also tresspass condition on that mall for one year

I contacted one lawer he replied to me :

what should i do? whether to pay the fee and accept i am guilty(ofcourse I am) or consult with a lawer, what if i accept my guilt and [pay teh fee since I ahve just 1o more days left, so what will be the consequence???? then for ever i should claim wheere ever i ahve to that I was arrested and I was commited to a crime or NOT
