Knowing the Law
I would like to know is there a statue of limitation on simple drug possession (under 2.5 grams of canibas) in the state of Illinois?

Yes there is a statue of limitation on every crime except murder.

Now this is from the time you commit the crime to when you are charged, once you are charged, or once there is a warrant out for you, that SOL is frozen.
