    Im going to court tmrw on a drug charge and it's a motion hearing.. is that jail time?

    Hello MJ:

    It's like I said to the other guy, IF the motion is by the prosecutor to revoke your bail, and they WIN, yes, you'll go to jail.. But, if it's a motion for other mundane stuff, you won't..

    What KIND of motion is kind of important.
