It does not happen that hard normally but it can, with the right judge and the wrong violation, esp if it was clearly known they were not suppose to leave. Also since all they have to do is ask permission, and if there is a good reason they normally can for a trip.

But what will happen first, is that they are picked up and put either in jail or in a state probation detention center. They may sit there for a month just waiting for a hearing. ( no speedly trial issue, since they are already convicted)
I don't know where you get your information from but your wrong on all of this.

Some of these answers are correct and some are not. If you violate your parole in ohio it all depends on what you porbation officer wants to do. He/She could or could not violate you depending on the violation and depending on if you caught a new case or if you have been charged. He/she could place a hold on you while your in jail waiting on a hearing so you can not bond out, or they could not put a hold on you and you can bond out. If violated you judge can only give you the max of 1/2 you probate time. So if you have a 5 year sentence then you can only do 2 1/2. Most do not give that whole amount. Now if you got out of prison before you whole sentence was up you will end up doing your whole time unless your still under the old law, then they can play with how much time you do.

We need to know more about your situation and you need to stop using text speak.

You have lost your children because you are addicted to meth? What terms were given to you in order to get them back?

Have you complied with those terms?
