How long can Jail hold you on a violation Of Probation Detainer in the state of PA Philadelphia County How many days from arrested is it 30-60-90-120 days before you see a judge: confused:

Fr_Chuck Christianity Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Atlanta GA Posts: 24,893	Allot of it may matter to the judge but then it may be an election year and he is running on get tough on crime, also what the orginal crime was. He of course needed to clear this up years ago and waiting 10 years to finally get caught will go against him also. So that is why he needs an attorney.
