probation issues

I would like to transfer my probation from MI to SC and i was just wondering if any one knows about how to go about it. I was put on probation in March and violated in June then again i violated at the end of July. They put me in jail and extended my probation for another yr. (so i'd be getting off in Aug. 2008 now) I'm on a tether right now and get off in around the end of Dec. I read the question about how to transfer my probation and it said that i should ask my P.O. however me and my P.O. don't really get along that well and i was wondering if there was a web site or something that i could get the rules in St.Clair Shores on transferring to another state or if i should get a lawyer or something i would like to leave MI asap once i get off my tether and was hoping someone had some advice on how i could get this done.
thank-you:

Hello s:

At the top of this forum, I wrote a thing called transfer of probation. It's exactly what you should do. Go read it and heed it.
