How do I find out about a Federal Charge.

A neighbor's home was recently searched.
Pretty sure the searchees were Federal persons.
One resident is (possibly) in custody.
The other says their attorney advised them not to talk about it.

Still don't know what ? it ? is.

Am praying for this family.
Am concerned.
Still want to know what's going on.

How can I find out what the person possibly in custody is charged with???

Becuase untill they are formally appear for first appearance there is just no public record of the arrest. After they are arrainged you can go to the court house and search the court records, But that is about it.
