Getting off parole

Is there any chance of getting off parole early? I have been on parole for multiple (3) DWI offences since getting out in 2004 after serving 2 years in prison. What are the chances of being dismissed before my 2009 date? I have had no violations and have been clean since that time. This is in Missouri if it matters..

Hello d:

Ask your PO for the written policy and procedure manual for his department. In it, you'll find a chapter on early release where you'll see what the criteria is. IF you meet those criteria, pose a formal request citing the policy and your adherence to it.

They'll have a hard time turning you down. If they do, you've got your ducks lined up for an appeal.
