Google the court house. Take the phone number. Call it and ask.

Most courts do not publish a schedule online.

Sometimes if your county court has a web site you can look online for it there. If it is a criminal case that you're interested in then put your name into the docket entries and you should be able to pull up your next scheduled court date. Most county courts are online now. A few much smaller courts are not online. It is a good idea though to contact the Clerk's Office and have them look it up as sometimes due to time constraints when a hearing is rescheduled the clerks don't always put the information in the computer in a timely fashion and you could miss your court date. If you are trying to find out someone else's court date, that's easy enough. You will need their name and approximate age. If they have a common name like James Smith you'll have to have more info like maybe their address as well to help the clerk look the case up. Once you get the case number, use the case number the next time and save the Clerk time in looking up the case the "long way". Either way it's free public information accessible to anyone who asks for it.

Doesn't look like Alabama Circuit and District clerks have gone online much yet. Contact the clerk for your county by going here.
