My fiancee needs his sentence reconsidered?

Maybe i just need to know what is his next alternative. I have an appointment with a lawyer tomorrow. I'm going to talk to him and see what can be done because we has a little girl now that needs him. I think he violated his probation and they gave him 20 years on credit card fradulent. What should i do?

There is probably very little you can do. Having family that needs him is not going to change his sentence for credit card fraud and violation of probation, unfortunately.

This is an argument to be made at sentencing. If he hasn't already been sentenced, then that's the time for the Attorney to begin to prepare.

If he was on probation for the orginal crime and did another crime or violated his probation, at that hearing was when he needed this lawyer not really now. As long as the sentence is within the proper guidelines and there is no appeal of the trial itself, I doubt there is anything you can do but start preparing for his first parole date, ( depending on state but on 20 years maybe 10 years from now. His family needs to start getting with social services and finding what assistance or help is needed if they are in need.
