It depends on what the laws of your state specify and how merciful the judge is willing to be.

It is up to first the Probation oficer and if he revolks your probation, then it is up to the judge. You could end up at the max which is the rest of your orginal felony probation. At the least, the PO will just warn you.

When the fat lady (judge) sings then you'll know the answer. A lot of judges will throw the book at you during your probation violation hearing some are kinder. Be sure to get your attorney involved and tell him ASAP so he can help you before you are in jail for the violation of probation waiting for the hearing.
