How to get a felony conviction explunged from your record?

wait 5 to 8 years from the end of the sentence ( time served or probation)

Petition the court where you were convicted for the record to be explunged, showing good work history, showing perhaps additional education, and showing you have a clean record since then.

But do remember with the internet and all the info out there, even sealed and explunged records can often be found from old court records or news paper articles online. But the official record will be sealed of it.
