Felon wants to travel

i want to travel to Panama from the U.S. would i be able to apply for a passport with a felony and an fbi number

Depending on what kind of felony, you should get a passport, if you're not under supervision. I don't know whether Panama will let you in, though.

Excon Is dead on, but I can't imagine panama would be too serious. Isn't thier president still in jail.
