Federal restitution probation two cases

I have 2 current cases from different judges each on said 10% payback. Probation is telling me this means 20%. The cases are concurrent and I only have 3 years probation

im onthe pretrial diversion program they say i owe 73'689 rfor ssi fraud i did not worke 3 of the 6 yeaRS they say they gave me 18 months to pay it of cant do it what will happoen

also if i go to prison do they off sum money u owe and how much a year
