Ok what type of court, what was the criminal charges??

And attorneys don't "lie" they present the facts they have in a manner that shows thier case. or they lie at times
But there is a difference, since in lets say a criminal case, the DA says you shot the person, and presents evidence, you say you did not, one of these people are not telling the truth

In Sessions Court She Said I Did Something Some One Else Had Admitted To It Before We Went To Court.
She Said I Lied And Commited Pergery In Court. Wrote Down What Everyone Was Suppose To Have Said That I Lied About And Told The Judge This. One I Was Never In Court And Two Everyone Says They Never Said Such A Thing. And I Served 28 Days For This
Can I Sue Her For Lieing. And I Believe These People. Becouse I Was There And Never Heard A Thing. And I Am Not Deafth. I Really Want To Hear I Am Sorry And I Want Her Not To Do This Again

why did you not have your witnesses, or have reviewed the evidence they were going to use.
May I guess, ?? you did not have an attorney ??
In court ( not after the judge ruled) you know it is not right, you ask for time to gather material, call in witnessed to prove they are wrong.

Why did you not present a case to prove them wrong ???

I Walked In She Said I Was A Lier So I Went To Jail Never Got To Say A Word Did Not Find Out What I Was Suppose To Have Lied About Till 5 Days After I Got Out. We Go Back To Court On The 29th. And Every One Is Going.
But I Want To Hear An Apology. The Judge Will Hear The Right Information. But I Do Not Want This Ever Done Again By Her. I Think Her Bridges Got To Big

Denice - is this about your sister? This just never ends for you, does it - ?

Who was the Attorney who didn't tell the truth - not her name, but does she perhaps work for the Government? I know this has taken a lot of twists and turns but I had no idea you did jail time.

As I recall you were trying to protect your sister and the Government got involved in things -

Other than that I think the best you can do is go to the hearing, present your proof, see what happens.

this is about my sister. i got her to fl to stay with my brother. he is a police officer. they first put me in jail for life or until she came back. after 45 days they let me out. then we went to court again. i got 30 more days. guard of litem said sister klaara never told her anything. which was a lie. guard of litem said i never got her health card. which was a lie. i told the court i threaten to hit my sister if she ever hit my handicap sister again. guard of litem said ever one said sister klaara was never hit. everyone was in court to tell what really happened. but when i went to jail the judge cleared the court room. and wanted to talk to no one. so we wrote the judge letters. and we go to court on the 29 of may. i do not know why. my brother will never send her back. and they are so stupid. they have my mothers name and social security number. i tried to tell them. of course i was lying. so i gave up. they said they will send an attachment to get her. my mother is dead. i guess that is when they figure it out. my brother has a lawyer for her. she wants to come back. but she can not. and they gave sister klaaras socil security check to my mean sister. i have a lawyer. he is not sure about anything. i wish someone would ask my sister. and can i filla a complaint or sue the guard of litem. she has not talked to my sister in 3 months.

OK, First, perjury is giving sworn testimony under oath. A lawyer appearring in court is not sworn. Nor do they give testimony. They can, in fact lie in court to try to win their case. Its up to the opposing attorney to object.

You need to consult an attorney if you think your rights were violated.

i guess i was really stupid i all ways thought they should tell the truth so the real truth could come out. i do know now that it would be teribble to be poor and to have to go to court. when did we lose that thought. or was it never there.

Its not enough to tell the truth in court, you have to be able to prove it as well. That's why you need an attorney, to know what the rules of evidence are, to make sure your story is proven to object when the other side tries to lie, etc.
