expungement for a felon
I have a felony charge from 6 yrs. ago....what and who do I need to contact in regards to trying to get expungement for the crime?

Normally you will hire an attorney who will file a motion with the court to have it explunged, Each court and even each judge will have what they look fo, nromally the 6 to 8 years from the time of the crime, a clean record since then, either additional education or a steady work history, showing you have turned your life around.
