I have recieved a summons stating I have been charged with both offences.
I am suppose to go to the cop shop tonight for something not sure what but the cop told me to come tonight.

The summons says you should be in court at such and such time and place. Do that. It's the COURT who is requesting your appearance. It's the COURT who will appoint a lawyer for you. You want to OBEY the COURT.
The cop, on the other hand, wants you to come by to sign a confession. Like I said earlier, I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't talk to them AT ALL. By the way, if you didn't get that sentiment yet, let me repeat it for you ----

It is stated on the summons that I have to go to the police station this evening. I will not sign anything and I have never spoken to a cop and will not start now.
This cop tried to pretend to be my friend; asking me to give him money and he would not pursue the case. If that is not a dirty cop then I do not know what is.
I learned that day that no cop is my friend and I do not believe a word anyone of them say.
Have an appointment next week with a legal ad lawyer.
They have advised me to go to the cop shop but not say a word and no statements. NONE
They told me likely I will be finger printed maybe a mug shot....anything else they require a warrent and NO COMMENT is the only words I am allowed to say.

Well I think it is kind of obvious that cop is scared he does not have any proof. Why?
He repeatedly asked me to give him $1300. My bank account is in the minuses 90% of the time. Where does he think I would hide that kind of money? I am sinking in debt. Give me a break.
