The only way you will know is by getting a hold of the dmv in Harrisburg or maybe your local office. It depends on what they were for and a lot of other factors. It could be suspended for months or years and most likely you will have to pay to have it reinstated.
That also would vary depending if you owe them anything.
Call them and ask them to mail you your information for restoration.
