Driving Felonies

In CANADA, what driving violations, incurred in the USA, are considered felonies and which are not? Where is the cutoff? Obviously parking and minor moving infractions are not felonies, but what about reckless driving, excessive speeding, DUI vs DWI, etc., etc.?
