I am sure after a third the least they would do is suspend your license.
Nowadays all data banks are connected and if your license is suspended in one state you can't get one in another because they abide by each others driver license laws....at least what I have seen. I have also seen people with 3 dui's and very little jail time. A lot depends on a combination of things.

Oregon law as I read it states you will lose your license, you could face a year in jail and substantial fines and you cannot plea bargain (in Oregon). When your jail and probation are over you will be requjired to install an interlock device.

The MV Departments across the Country are usually linked - California doesn't want you driving there and you will undoubtedly be denied.

Hello prem:

So, you got a 3rd dui, and you want another license to do it again?????

I guess you don't know that you're going to kill yourself and probably some other innocent person. Actually, I don't care how drunk you get, you DO know that you're going to kill somebody, don't you????? Yet, you still want to drive.... And, you don't care!!!!!

I've been in the slam with some pretty bad people, but NONE as BAD as you. You're despicible!!!

You cannot have a license suspended in one state (or taken away) and happily go to another state and get another. That's a no, no and more than likely they just might call the cops while you are at the license bureau to boot. Want to make their day? Go ahead.

nikosmom agrees: If it were that easy, everybody'd do it because there wouldn't be any consequences for your actions.

If you were caught a third time, where did all your brain cells go? What do you not understand about 'it is illegal to drink and drive'? Are you waiting till you kill an innocent person before you stop?

yes it will be suspended at least. And yes most likely there will be some jail time.

And no first of course unless you actually move to another state, you can not get a licesne in one state with a suspended one in antoher state.
