    Does san diego county probation always use EtG
    Does san diego county probation officers use EtG alcohol tests regularly, and if so how reliable are they?

    I don't know if they do or not. But, an ETG test IS the standard test for detecting alcohol use. Consequently, it wouldn't surprise me at all to find them using it.

    How often, you ask?? Often enough to catch you drinking, if you are. How reliable are they? They don't need to BE reliable. They only need to give your PO an inkling. What? You don't think they're nice people, do you? They DO want to catch you. You know that, don't you?
