Dating Ages.

A dating relationship without any physical contact to a person that is under 15 years and the other person is at least 4 years older and niether party is the spouse of the other may be okay but is treading on treacherous waters and may expose the older person to an allegation of sexual assualt on a child which is at least a class 4 felony and could, in some circumtances, be a class 3 felony and but may also invoke the indeterminate sentencing provisons as well as the sex offender registration and treatment consequences if you are found or pled guilty to these charges. Further it could also be a crime of violence requiring mandatory sentences.

A sensible advice would be to stay away from such delicate and dangerous situations. To clear yourself from such allegations costs a lot of money and sometimes even all the money may not help. You are playing with fire.

While "dating" isn't illegal, much of what might happen on a date would be a crime (contributing to the delinquency of a minor).

If sex is involved, it's statutory rape. Oral sex is sex. Either way, the 19 year old should expect to end up in jail.

You are about to learn something - oral sex IS sex. Yes, he will go to jail. How long depends on the State.

He will also have to register as a known sex offender for the rest of his life.
