What would a person on probation need to do to file for a hardship?

Yes they talked to the probation officer and the least amount that they will take for this is what is due on the fine that needs to be paid every month when this person reports which is $120.00 a month.


This sounds unreal...14 years for just being in a stolen motor vehicle and serving two years in detention, then owing restitution in the amount if 11K

I don't know what state this is in or what else is going on but it all is completely out of whack in my opinion.

tODAY I HAD COURT DATE ABOUT SHOP LIFTING CASE BUT WHER I WENT THERE COURT DO NOT HAVE MY ANY RECORD NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?
