Agrivated DUI?

I'm 17 for another month, and in August of 2007 I got into a car wreck involving myself. I haven't yet been to court because the first time I was late so they penciled me in for another date thats coming up in a week or so. I was charged with a dui and driving beyond the limitations of the vehicle. I'm pretty sure that means speeding.. However I don't remember the accident. I spent a week in the hospital with a broken neck and had blood clots removed from my brain. Sometime after I got out the state of Maine had me mail them my license. With the stipulation against me for driving beyond the limits of the vehicle does that make it aggravated? And if so what does that mean for my sentencing?

You need an attorney. Don't try to do this alone.
