I would like to know if a company can find a d.u.i. or any other misdemeanor offense if you were given a court supervised plea agreement to keep it off your permanent record?

If this was a suspended sentence after completion of the plea agreement, and the court actually did what it promised, no it would not show up on the official police report,

Now there are 100's of private computer search companies, that can and do search newspapers records, old court dates and records that can still obtain it.

So will it show up, most likely not, could they find it, yes
