Certificate of release of civil disabillities
I was supposed of been convicted of a class D felony way back in 1975 and it says so from my finger prints so I tried to get a certificate of release and I was refused because there was no record of it so they won't issuse it without a conviiction but yet it says different on my fingerprints Ive run out of options and I don't know what to do
