    There are no laws dealing with dating. Any laws would deal with sexual activity.

    However you are still under the control of your parents and if they forbid you dating him, then he could be in trouble if he does.

    But besides the legal issues, a 24 year old has no business in a relationship with a 16 you old. He's an adult and the 16 yr old is a child.
