    Hello again, jills:

Not only will he be able to read it, but he'll be able to cross examine that person under oath.

But, as in the other matter we discussed, this too is a trial matter. Your attorney will make a discovery motion, and the prosecutor will turn over all his evidence, including this statement. Until then, however, you aren't entitled to see anything.

I also want you to keep in mind that the cops are NOT required to tell you the truth. Their invesitgation is still going on. There may or may not even be a written statement.

Can anyone just call the court and find out about the charges? Probably. Our courts are public. I think they are in Canada too.
